In today’s modern world, organizations are at the forefront of transforming customer experiences digitally through their innovative solutions. The success of any product or service largely depends on the value it generates to the customer and thereby increasing the ROI. How can Scrum teams help the organizations in their endeavor of creating greater customer experiences? Most importantly how organizations and their leaders support in coaching, motivating, implementing best people practices that can really catapult normal teams to high performance teams? The millennial generation enjoys to be engaged than adhering to compliance (old fashioned learning) when it comes to learning. Informal learning – anywhere & anytime, personalized learning, social and mobile learning can create lots of excitement and can be used to improve their technical skills. The concept of gamification help the team motivated and stay focused on their learning experience. Teams can leverage the technology advantages to communicate effectively within and outside the team. For ex. slack channels can be created to keep the project communications open. Tools like JIRA, Planner, Asana, Trello can also help serve as information radiators and avoid any potential gaps. Scrum Master as a servant leader should constantly fend off threats and impediments. Conflicts are great ways to aid the team mature and become more effective. Scrum Master should be able to identify conflicts from disputes, establish a neutral stance and avoid biasing. Scrum Master should encourage solution focused conversations and can turn conflicts to opportunities.
