Agility is a virtue, not a bunch of practices wrapped in a framework. In the making of an agile enterprise, some key aspects indicate strong anti-agile patterns, or simply tell us that the teams are just labelled "agile". What are those patterns and what's involved to correct them? Velocity, for example, is often used for productivity measures. Annual planning without an envisioning exercise is another example of anti-pattern. Camouflaging agility in the name of framework compliance is yet another.
