Agile Transformation means changing your underlying belief systems and building a new platform of belief. This is not easy as our brain and nerves have built with one way of working. I see an Agile transformation is a rebirth of the organization. My talk will be on how a few organizations like Google and Toyota have made significant progress and why others cannot blindly copy and become a copy of Toyota or Google.
Audience will realize the need to rethink on their organizational change management. Leaders and Practitioners will get a deep understanding on some organizational belief systems and culture that will hinder the new way of working and how to deal with them.
