This is a session where I begin with the rules of kanban, the tweaks you can make for personal kanban, and finally how to make it work for YOU. I go through the basics of how/why it works. Suggest strategies for handling commonly tracked work, and ask for audience questions which I then work with to come up with personal strategies for their life. It's a quick fun reminder that sometimes, taking your work home with you can have benefits.
